Out of Sight, Not Out of Mind: Dealing with Rodent Infestations
Rats and mice can cause extensive damage to your home or business, and they pose a significant threat to the health and safety of your family or customers.
Our professional rodent control services identify any signs of rodent activity, including droppings, gnaw marks or nests and develop a customized treatment plan that targets the specific type of rodent and the extent of the infestation.
We use advanced methods and technology to ensure that the rodents are completely eliminated, including baiting, trapping, and exclusion techniques. We'll also work with you to address any conditions that may be attracting rodents to your property.
Our team of experienced technicians will work with you to develop a plan that fits your specific needs and budget, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your property is protected from these destructive pests.
Step 1: Inspection Rats, mice, and other rodents are resourceful and smart. A mouse can enter an opening ¼” in diameter and rats can gnaw through soft structural materials to gain access to your home. Our rodent control inspector will come out to conduct a complete inspection of your home or business to locate infestations and identify any openings where rodents are getting in.
Step 2: We exclude any entry points located during the rodent control inspection by properly repairing and sealing off any potential access points that can be used by rats and mice.
Step 3: Trapping. When you have rodents in your home, trapping is superior to poison bait because with poison the rodent may die in the attic, subarea or within the wall framing and cause an odor problem.
Step 4: Clean up and Sanitation. The rodent cleanup and sanitation process involves removing any debris, feces, urine, and rodent contaminated insulation and other materials before spraying any contaminated areas with state approved sanitizing and deodorizing products.
